Come home to aloha. Providing personalized skilled nursing, intermediate, long term, respite and hospice care in a warm, plantation-style atmosphere. Essential Duties Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate staff/management. Will transfer a caller to an appropriate staff’s voice mailbox when the staff is unavailable. Greets and directs visitors to the company. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. Set up and maintains Account Payable vendor files. Receives and reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation. Sort and responds to online applications as needed. Manages the flow of application packets; maintains a filing system of prospective applicants under review.Requirements : Physical exam (within 1 year) 2 Step TB, Followed by 1 Step TB (within 1 year) High School diploma or general education degree (GED); on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to speak, write, read, and follow simple oral and written instructions. One (1) year experience in entry-level accounting processes preferred.
