Facility Maintenance Worker Performs plant operations maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, tests, and inspections to the facility's buildings, equipment, and utilities systems in accordance to department policies and procedures. Responsible for maintenance of the grounds and exterior areas of the facility.Requirements: Physical exam (within 1 year) 2 Step TB, Followed by 1 Step TB (within 1 year) High School diploma or general education degree (GED); on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to speak, write, read, and follow simple oral and written instructions. 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training. Working knowledge or experience of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial maintenance. 1 year general maintenance experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred.To Apply: Must apply in person at 2670 Pacific Heights Rd, Honolulu HI 96813 between Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
