Summary About the Position: This position serves as an instructor providing formal instructional classes to military and civilian students explosives safety management, transportation of hazardous materials, characteristics of ammunition and explosives, and preservation and packaging of Department of Defense assets. Responsibilities Serve as an instructor preparing and presenting formal instructional classes to world-wide locations relating to explosives safety, transportation of hazardous materials, packaging and ammunition logistics, and chemical surety. Conduct lectures, conferences, case studies, demonstrations, practical exercises, examinations and critiques for assigned courses. Provide advice on explosives safety, material readiness, logistics, stockpile reliability, and chemical surety. Provide academic counseling to students.
