Senior Joint Exercise Event Life Cycle (JELC) Planner - Northrop Grumman (Hawaii)

Are you looking for an exciting new career? Northrop Grumman has an opportunity for a Senior Joint/Combined Training and Joint Exercise Event Life Cycle (JELC) Planning located at Camp Smith, Hawaii. You will provide technical support to MARFORPAC for all official exercise activities, in order to support recommendations for the design, planning, preparations, execution and evaluation of joint, combined, and Service level exercises with the purpose to rehearse plan based tasks and train operational commanders and staffs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

+ Top Secret security clearance

+ Bachelor's degree or higher

+ Minimum 14 years' experience

+ Strong verbal and written communications skills for interaction with senior military and civilian counterparts

+ US citizenship and valid US passport

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Experience Developing Training Plans and Materials

+ Experience in developing MSEL's and POAMS

+ Experience participating in or leading OPT's

+ Experience using JTIMS, SOCIUM Systems

+ Understands the Marine Corp Planning Process
