Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator, an entry level position, will be responsible for reporting, data gathering and providing overall operational support for the Century 21 Real Estate brand. This role will support the Senior Manager, Operations and report directly into the Vice President of C21 Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for generating ad-hoc and scheduled reports, gathering industry research reports, and sharing with internal staff

+ Serve as point of contact and assist in troubleshooting technology issues for internal and broker/agent-facing systems

+ Process data updates and ensure information is accurate in client reporting systems and with third party vendors

+ Support inbox queries and referrals for international brand operations

+ Assist with the internal brand review process which involves coordinating updates with Sales, Contract Admin and presenting recap in Franchise Sales committee meetings

+ Assist with employee onboarding process for new C21 employees

+ Collect and manage updates to monthly leadership reports

+ Coordinate scorecard reports for monthly C21 employee meetings

+ Assist VP with updating Help Desk knowledge base

+ Develop and manage brand surveys through Formstack

+ Support VP in updating Ops technology systems (i.e. Dash and CRM internal systems)

+ Update Outlook distribution lists for C21 employees

+ Process all broker and agent communication lists for brand staff

+ Coordinate updates for C21 brand disaster Plan as needed

+ Support REAL Trends and RIS Media relationship with annual surveys

Minimum Qualifications:

+ BA, BS in Information Systems Management, Business or comparable experience preferred

+ 1+ years’ experience in an Operational role

+ Reporting and analysis experience a plus

+ Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Access and Excel

+ Capable of working under pressure and strict deadlines

+ Ability to prioritize work to accommodate changing demands

+ Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly

+ ​​Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to communicate analytical issues, results, and learnings in a clear, concise manner
