UMB’s Omnichannel is focused on our client’s experience within the four primary service channels—ATM, Branch, Contact Center and Digital. The focus UMB’s ATM channel is to ensure that not only are all UMB ATMs functioning properly, but that they are in the best locations and provide services that our customers need and want. As banking continues to evolve more into the digital world, ATMs are being utilized more and more which makes this team more important than ever.
Within our ATM team is the ATM Project and Logistics Specialist. The specialist works closely with vendors to assist with installation and setup of new ATMs. When upgrades or relocation for any of our 200+ ATMs is needed, the Specialist will oversee the process and if any issues occur, they will work directly with the vendor to resolve the issue in a timeframe that meets set expectations. The Specialist will evaluate processes and procedures and use their expertise to recommend improvements that increase efficiency, boost revenue and decrease costs for UMB.
The ATM team is comprised of a group of individuals that work as much independently as they do collaboratively to ensure UMB’s ATM network meets the needs of our clients. We provide the training, tools and support so everyone on the team has the ability be successful in their role.
_How you’ll spend your time:_
+ You will analyze usage data in order to identify areas of opportunity for our product and services we offer to our clients.
+ You will gain knowledge in ATM usage and be the subject matter expert that will create reporting that will be provided to management, so they are aware of how our ATM network is functioning.
+ You will communicate any issues and status updates with business users, service providers and management teams.
