The Customer Development Manager is responsible for making sales calls on a designated customer. The CDM works closely with the Business Development Managers, ensuring that order entries are complete, claims processed, schematics and retail sales associates standards are met.
Primary duties:
Increase sales through efficient management of promotional spending within Client guidelines. Meet or exceed clients' goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving and promotional volume by working with all related departments for assigned Customer. Resolve any issues or discrepancies. Demonstrate sales accomplishments and areas of opportunity by coordinating sales presentation for Customers and Clients. Secure Customer approved schematics and generate performance reports to ensure incremental sales through distribution of new products and maintenance of existing SKU's.Requirements:
Minimum one to three years of work experience in sales or merchandising. Proficient in MS Office Programs. Good verbal and written communication skills. Automobile required to call on clients and customers.Job Type: Full-time
