Hiring a Resident Care CNA for 1st shift - healthcare and rehabilitation center located in Pahala. Recently rated as a top center, you’ll be part of a growing team.
Candidate will show behaviors and attitudes that are conducive to respectful care of clients; create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, fostering a calm environment throughout the unit and shift; check each client routinely to ensure that their personal care needs are being met in accordance with their wishes; cooperate with inter-departmental and other facility personnel to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the clients.

Applicant must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Hawaii. Qualified candidate will possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public; possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel; have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm and the willingness to handle challenging residents.
