Job Summary
Kaneohe Yacht Club is now accepting applications for the position of (part time) Office Administrative Assistant. We are a private club located on the Windward side of Oahu. This position requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service and general administrative skills as well as having a friendly, professional demeanor. Must be computer literate with, at minimum, basic experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher). This job requires promptness and the ability to adhere to regularly scheduled shifts. Days/Hours of schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (32 hours total)
Responsibilities and Duties
Examples of duties include (but are not limited to):
Assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner; ensure forms and applications are completed accurately and completely. Execute general office duties such as: copying, scanning and filing documents, answering the phone, operating the POS system, cash handling, processing payments and preparing documents for mail. Complete duties and assignments accurately and on time. Follow office and Club procedures properly.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher. Previous Administrative experience; basic office skills.
