Technical Operation Analyst Sr.

**About the Role** :

This position is critical to ensuring accurate and timely host processing for all of our clients, both internal and external. You will be working in a multi-platform environment that includes both Unisys and IBM systems with higher emphasis on Unisys knowledge. Your daily tasks will include Premier application operational support, bank conversions and problem resolution

**Reporting Relationships** :

Reports To: BS-OPS-Premier Support Director

**Essential Job Responsibilities** :

+ Support application Day to Day Operations

+ Oncall responsibilities to support any application processing issues.

+ Assist in providing research and resolution of problem situations

+ Bank conversions and merger operational support.

+ Work well in a team environment

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in data processing with emphasis on Computer Operations Understanding of basic programming logic

Preferred Qualifications:

Premier Software experience

Two year degree in Computer Science

3 years’ experience in data processing with emphasis on Unisys Computer Operations and WFL jobs. Multi platform, Unisys and IBM knowledge is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to efficiently use keyboard

Must be able to read a video display monitor
