Independently create and draft substantive letters, reports, and documents for the Dean to internal and external constituencies
Compiles data, conducts simple analysis, and prepares summary reports for the Dean
Plans, develops and implements academic events in coordination with the leadership team and other designated individuals
Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes or summaries as requested.
Create and manage project activities and project management documents, i.e., action plans, timelines, process flow maps, etc.
Monitors school timelines in collaboration with the Administrative Operations Coordinator, Academic Systems Manager, and Chief Administrative Officer; independently anticipates and identifies issues and problems to report to and resolve with the Dean
Demonstrate the highest standards of customer service and responds appropriately to inquiries and concerns demonstrating high level problem-solving and communication skills.
Provide fiscal support related to purchasing and travel.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in business administration, social sciences, communications, education, or related field with 3 years of experience in project management;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to learn new operating systems quickly;
Demonstrated ability to be well-organized, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and effectively manage projects;
Demonstrated ability to effectively participate and collaborate as a member of a team;
