Training Site Lead - General Dynamics Information Technology (Hawaii)

The Training Site Lead provides training and technical assistance to a federally funded network of care providers. The Site Leads manages deployments, prepares and/or conducts training programs, and delivers training programs to train all levels of personnel, including case managers, clinicians, and other staff.

This position is remote. Frequent travel required.

Duties include:

+ Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and help develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

+ Leads deployments and training sessions

+ Responsible for developing training plan according to assessment criteria and requirements

+ Identifies roster of training specialists and needed technical support

+ Schedules training and coordinates with care provider management

+ Develops reports and tracks technical assistance requirements

+ Provides Technical assistance and training as needed

+ Keep abreast of updates to program and policies and participate in meetings with the Task Manager and/or Federal staff as necessary

+ Oversee the delivery of on-site and/or virtual training classes

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Management, Education or a related field with at least 8 years of experience. Master’s degree a plus.

+ Demonstrated leadership and program management experience, specifically experience in care provider operations

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Experience providing training or technical assistance to different audiences

+ Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt delivery/training style as needed

+ Ability to multi-task and make operational decisions based on needs, resources and identified priorities

+ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Must be able to travel within the United States
