Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Retail Sales Specialist. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
+ Assist customers on the showroom floor and strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering.
+ Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met.
+ Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
+ Effectively helps to prepare the showroom helps maintains displays by walking areas making sure all items are accurately placed and priced.
Requirements
+ Prior customer service / retail sales experience is preferred.
+ Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
+ Pleasant personality for phone / in-person sales
+ General computer skills – Microsoft Office 365
+ Actively participates and collaborates with others.
+ Builds rapport with all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.
+ Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.
+ Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.
+ Acts upon opportunities and involves and influences others in the accomplishment of worthwhile organizational goals.
+ Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
