What makes a fantastic Account Processing Enterprise Account Executive?
As an Account Processing Enterprise Account Executive (AE) within the Financial Industry Enterprise Client Sales organization, you will assume the role of managing the overall Fiserv Account Processing (AP) centered business relationship, working very closely with the Enterprise Client Partner (ECP), AP CPMs, and Business Leaders as appropriate for a small portfolio of large Enterprise clients. From a strategic and consultative perspective, you will be critical in helping orchestrate all aspects of these AP “core” centered client relationships, including close day-to-day alignment with the ECP, other Enterprise AE’s, CPMs, Sales Executives and Service Partners. You will be responsible for working closely with the ECP and the client around the overall client strategy, execution plan and client relationship, especially as it pertains to your Enterprise Client’s AP centered relationship involving other Fiserv enterprise solutions, including exceeding your assigned sales targets.
The expected role outcome is to maximize the client’s growth and profitability, utilizing various company resources to ensure client satisfaction, retention, increased sales and increased profitability for Fiserv.
To be successful in this role, you will:
+ Engage in regular client-focused interaction with the ECP responsible for your AP clients, as well as other Enterprise AE team members, regarding the overall Enterprise client relationships, client needs and overall client satisfaction.
+ Interact and alignment with your AP business line and the Client Partner Manager (CPM) within the AP business line, regarding the overall client relationships, client needs and overall client satisfaction.
+ You will engage with clients on renewals and retention. Work closely with the ECP, your leader, the AP business line, your AP Service Partner and your CPM. You will also work with your AP business unit add-on sales for your clients and the related revenue generation within your Enterprise Clients.
+ You will also be responsible for working closely with the ECP and the client around the overall client strategy, plan, execution plan and client relationship, especially as it pertains to your Enterprise Clients Fiserv core centered relationship involving other broad Fiserv enterprise solutions
+ You will require a broad Fiserv solution knowledge, beyond just the core AP solutions, as well as the important connectivity within the broader organization.
+ will be critical in helping orchestrate many aspects of your client’s Fiserv core centered relationships, including close day-to-day alignment with the ECP, other Enterprise AE’s, Sales Executives and Service Partners.
+ You will also play a vital role in orchestrating other aspects of the AP Group’s overall relationship with the ECP and the client, working closely other AP Group team members and the ECP.
+ Continued awareness regarding implementations within the client and appropriate escalation of key client issues or needs.
+ In addition to the above, you are to keep abreast of the US Financial industry, trends and changes including regulatory. You will also need to stay up to date on the revisions to your AP products as it relates to specific functionality.
+ You need to understand and promote Fiserv capabilities, solution sets and match those with client’s needs, ensuring that Fiserv increases wallet share with each client, working closely with the ECP.

Qualifications for consideration:
+ 7 + in banking industry, with bank management and operations experience
+ 5 + years of experience running and growing relationships with large/complex financial organizations
+ Demonstrated ability to work with senior management or executives and requires minimal supervision and direction
+ Proven record of accomplishment in attaining/exceeding of quota based metrics. Including competitive sales renewal ability
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to travel 30%
