CTG is seeking an experienced Lawson Technical Analyst for a remote opportunity. This is a 2 year project.
Job responsibilities will include:
Provide technical support services for the Lawson ERP application
Develop and maintain UNIX shell scripts as needed
Build and maintain Lawson security, at the role level and at the day level
Troubleshoot user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service
Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to reduce future errors
Document issues and solutions in the ServiceNow ITSM
Follow up on issues and questions related to daily operations
May include participation in an after-hours on call rotation
After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed remotely.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years’ experience in supporting Lawson ERP systems
Experienced in Unix shell scripting
In depth knowledge of Lawson admin modules, including Security at role and day levels
Experience working in Lawson at the root level
