Full Job Description
We are currently seeking casual Bartenders to join our PV Eats team! PV Eats is a marketplace, restaurant and wine bar that’s as unique as Kaua‘i’s North Shore itself. Serving the Kaua‘i community that we love, PV Eats features a full-service wine bar serving drinks and small bites, a coffee bar, cold pressed juice, and retail store focused on unique wine, cheese, charcuterie, and more.
Responsibilities:
Prepare hand-crafted cocktails and serving wine, beer and other beverages from our diverse menu.
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu, offering cocktails and identifying appropriate wines to pair with food selections.
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
Maintains clean and organized work stations that are cohesive with the bar and restaurant's philosophy, culture and standards of excellence.
Operate within the bar and restaurant on a daily basis with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full service restaurant
Knowledge of service procedures, liquor commission rules and regulations, and extensive food and beverage knowledge
Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills required
High school or equivalent education required
Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture and have required uniform and tools
Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card
