Qualifications:
+ Have experience in working with blended teams of State and Vendor resources.
+ Knowledge of SNAP, TANF, and other benefits programs.
+ Experience with client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: Conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions, Analyzing the requirements gathered, Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment.
+ Experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with Customers, Project managers, Technical team, and other Business Analysts.
+ Must be able to work Hawaii time zone.
Responsibilities:
+ Attend and document requirements validation meetings to review existing documentation and elicit business requirements while adhering to contractual requirement specifications
+ Create software development life-cycle artifacts (e.g., use case documents) to document business requirements, functional specifications, and deliverables.
+ Work collaboratively with SMEs, systems analysts, technical teams, and project managers during the software development life cycle (SDLC).
+ Interact with client stakeholders and SMEs and while facilitating workshops and interview sessions to perform effective analysis and validate requirements.
+ Design and deliver project artifacts, including process workflows, mapping, business rules, wireframes, and screen element specifications.
+ Perform requirement analysis and systems analysis, facilitating design and development of software solutions.
+ Help to ensure business needs are properly translated to functional specifications.
