CTG has IMMEDIATE openings for Customer Support.This is a 6-6 month project. The positions will be providing support for our client’s COVID Vaccine Scheduling hotline. Positon are remote. Must meet a technology requirement outlined below as well.
DUTIES
• Make and Answer calls on a VOIP softphone on laptop
Must be comfortable working from home – quiet environment
• Monitor and answer emails on inbound email queue
• Respond to callers’ questions from a pre-developed FAQ document
• Provide caller with a list of appointment options
• Understand and answer questions about the Client’s COVID vaccination process
• Enter appointment information into Epic EMR system
REQUIRED SKILLS :
• Candidates must be available 40 hours a week for weekday shifts and either 8 hours for weekend shifts
• General shifts will be: 8a-4:30p EASTERN
• Punctual and reliable (will remain for the duration of the project)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment (may be taking 150 calls a day @5-8 minutes in length)
• Ability to clearly articulate themselves on the phone
• Maintain discretion as callers will be sharing HIPAA protected information
• Ability to work empathetically and professionally with callers
• Maintain a quiet work at home office with high speed internet
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
- HIGH SPEED INTERNET with abiltiy to connect laptop directly to router or internet outlet with etherent cable
- LAPTOP OR DESKTOP RUNNING WINDOWS 10 (NO MACs)
- CURRENT ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION
