Contingent upon Award:
Team HAGER will provide personnel, management, to perform functions in supporting the Army’s Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM) process. The SRM process is designed to effectively and efficiently generate trained and ready forces for combatant commanders at sustainable and predictable rotational levels. SRM is typified by surges related to Active Component (AC) deployment/redeployment and re-stationing and Reserve Component (RC) mobilization, deployment, redeployment and demobilization.
Team HAGER seeks the above mentioned position: Logistics Specialist.
Has skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of Area X logistics process;
Good customer care ability;
Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so;
Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks;
Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times;
Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests;
Good numerical and IT skills. Duties to include but not limited to: Maintain and administer Area X inventory control and property management procedure;
Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due;
Take responsibility for property and maintenance of issues; Help in planning and maintaining of logistics policies and procedures;
Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to Area X logistics operations.
