Sr Analyst-Marketing- Kabbage - American Express (Hawaii)
Description
Define and execute ongoing customer touchpoint strategies, including transactional emails, alerts, communication preferences, VOC, and cross-sell.
Integrate customer lifecycle email communications with effective sales cadence programs to drive conversion and utilization of our products.
Enable user-facing teams with powerful sales enablement training and materials including email templates, competitor battle cards and promotional offers/levers.
Establish and champion feedback loop with front-end teams - hold regular listening sessions, identify themes of customer pain and/or satisfaction points from calls and connect to product roadmap and external messaging changes/improvements.
Collaborate with sales, risk, finance and leadership on optimizing pricing strategies & sales incentives to maximize revenue generation & sales conversion.
Identify and support the development of content that helps increase SEO and top of funnel interest with our target audiences. Maintain backlog of relevant topics based on industry/competitive fluctuations and product roadmap.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in product marketing or sales enablement roles
Background in financial services preferred
Experience using marketing/sales automation software - Outreach and Marketing Cloud background preferred
Experience using Salesforce.com
Demonstrate ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
