### Qualifications
You must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent in the Federal service that
has given you particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. Typically this work includes
the performing work with knowledge of the overall mission, functions, operations, principles OR any directly related experience which has
equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. (To be creditable, specialized
experience must meet the above quality level requirements).
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):**Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
* Knowledge of operations plans, policy and doctrine and their design and development
* Knowledge of command policies, procedures, structures, missions, programs and organization relationships
* Ability to manage program actions and activities to meet requirements and objectives
**PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE**: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
