Requirements
+ Possess ability to meet and exceed automotive industry standards in service, sales and operations
+ 1-2 years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership
+ Ford brand experience highly preferred
+ Professional references
+ Provide documentation showing you are capable of maintaining the highest levels of customer service & performance metrics

Responsibilities
Hiring Requirements
+ High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
+ This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
