What you’ll be doing...
•FM position is a development position for those leaders aspiring to develop their retail leadership skills and increase their business acumen.•They must provide manager support for store locations when GM not available. Complete project assignments, track progress for effectiveness.•Develop creative ways to drive sales through events, community activities, woking with the marketing and sales ops teams.•Partner wth talent acquisition team to ensure retail leaders are interviewing and providing the necessary information for retail candidates.•Create and support development programs for frontline employees.•Partner wth GM to assist wth new hire onboarding and training.
What we’re looking for...
•2 year degree, or at least 4 years relevant management experience and flexible schedule.•Proven track record of acheiving challeging team and indvidual goals. Ability to lead with vision in demading commissions-driven environment.•Strong communication skills, ability to develop teams, drive results, goal and solutions oriented.•Responsible for the leadership of a work group and/or development of broad programs or projects in support of organizational or area strategies; communicates & translates functional/operational goals into team goals; manages implementation of policies & procedures; typically reports to a (Director/Exec Dir) Band 5.•Manages, through professionals and/or supervisors, the activities of a section or department. Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods & employees. Typically reports to Band 5.•Receives broad guidance & is accountable for project or program results. Exercises considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work is accomplished without considerable direction. Delegates work to lower-banded team members. Line of sight 1 to 3 years.•Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.•Advanced skills within a professional discipline and general knowledge of other areas. Requires independent thinking. Demands full use and application of principles, theories, concepts and technologies.
