System Center Configuration Manager - Strativia - Tripler Amc, HI
Strativia is seeking a System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to join our team. This position is located at the Tripler Army Medical Campus (TAMC) in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ in-depth work experience in technical concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in an IT healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Possess a comprehensive knowledge/in-depth experience in technical concepts/practices/procedures relating to SCCM in a DoD IT healthcare environment. Receive/lab test SCCM packages from high HQ prior to rollout/deployment. Provide structured change management through rigorous testing and analysis, quality assurance testing, software automation, and patch management. Work directly with IMD managers and counterparts at higher commands when coordinating top-down mandated systems, app patches, upgrades, and deployment issues. Deliver high quality solutions through SCCM to TAMC healthcare customers that insure investment is consistent with Command readiness and military healthcare objectives. Perform SCCM admin and enterprise monitoring for over 5400+ EUD's, one SCCM site server, and six SCCM distribute point servers. Provide hardware/software tech support to include enterprise wide IAVA compliance monitoring. Create/maintain SCCM packages, collections, advertisements, queries, and reports. Coordinate and implement test plans, migration plans, and delivery plans with key IMD staff. Coordinate directly with appropriate IMD staff on deployment issues related to IAVA patches and IA compliance.Required Certification(s):
