Strativia is seeking a Lead VI/AV/VTC Technician in Workflow Management to support our client at the Tripler Army Medical Campus (TAMC) in Hawaii. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years’ work experience of lead VTC operations and 2 years’ work experience in Visual Information/Audio Visual operations to include work experience in photography in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Maintain directory of Defense Health Agency Video Network Center (VNC) on the MEDNET and alternate site VTC rooms located within TAMC’s Infrastructure and on the DISA Global Video System (GVS) on NIPRNET. Provide VTC scheduling, coordination, troubleshooting, and presentation. Install equipment when required and perform ops tests. Perform equipment surveys for all TAMC VTC equipment and updates TAMC VTC directory. Ensure VTC software is compliant with all IA Vulnerability Assessments. Coordinate with departments/clinics to ensure VTC firmware maintenance agreements are current. Ensure equipment in all TAMC IMD VTC rooms is in operational order. Provide troubleshooting assistance to clinics/ departments. VTC services often require performance of services outside of core hours due to the differences in time zones.
