**Role Summary:**
Leads marketing globally & is responsible for setting, communicating, & delivering a growth & marketing strategy across the global Healthcare Digital business. This includes driving strong execution around key marketing processes including NPI, commercialization, and customer retention. In addition, developing deep qualitative & quantitative insights about the needs, wants & performance of customers, identifying keys to our success, aligning strategy and execution across all geographies.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Define and develop the global marketing plan for HealthcareDigital, including value proposition, positioning, segmentation, salesenablement, marketing mix, and aligning marketing execution across allgeographies and market segments
+ Drive commercialization of new product and serviceintroductions into the regions
+ Lead and coordinate strategic planning processes
+ Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment tosales pipeline objectives and build awareness, demand gen & lead generationcampaigns to support adequate pipeline coverage
+ Publicly communicate Healthcare Digital strategy tocustomers and external stakeholders
+ Operate the necessary supporting functions to enable thesuccess of Healthcare Digital marketing including Marketing communications,Market and competitive analysis, the development of a digital awarenessstrategy, and customer experience
+ Collaborates with Healthcare Digital leadership to identifystrategic partnership opportunities and execute strategic alliance plans thathelp improve the company’s market position
+ Attract, manage, develop and retain world-class marketingtalent across the P&L
+ Coordinate with GE Digital to align marketing objectives andpartner and collaborate with other GE Healthcare P&L CMOs to identifypoints of intersection for new business and market opportunities and GTMactions
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration orrelated field, or Engineering, MBA preferred
+ A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in healthcare industry,with software, commerical or services marketing management roles
+ Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time
**Eligibility Requirements:**

+ This position is open to all states in the US, Chicago office is a preferred location.

+ Demonstrated experience developing campaign nurturestrategies that methodically move buyers thru a dynamic but prescriptive onlinejourney
+ Working knowledge of the commercial marketing technologystack (SFDC, Marketo, etc.)
+ Current on the latest trends and best practices in marketing& measurement
+ Understands technical and business discussions relative tofuture architecture direction aligning with business goals.
+ Understands concepts of setting and driving architecturedirection.
