**job description**
Responsible for growing new RPO business within assigned territory. Plans and directs activities enterprise wide which includes pursuit strategy, coordination of corporate resources and field leadership, formal presentations and contract negotiations. Subject matter expert in all aspects of the business, to include RPO & blended workforce solutions

Job Title: TCS/Data-link SME
This is a proposal position (contingent upon contract award).
Summary:
Engineering and logistics services necessary for the support of Program Executive Officer for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO (U/W), Aerial Targets and Decoy Systems Program Office (PMA-208) and Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWC-WD) Point Mugu/China Lake supporting multi-service target, range and training programs at various Navy and DoD installations.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Twenty (20) years of experience.
+ Twenty (20) years’ experience in design and development, systems integration and configuration for installation, testing, troubleshooting and performing depot level maintenance engineering experience in support of Naval Target Auxiliary/Augmentation Systems (TA/AS).
+ Demonstrate specialized experience encompassing all Navy TA/AS, TDU-32 Aerial Tow Target Banner system, and Mobile Land Target systems.
+ Familiar with the Navy’s Competency Aligned Organizational (CAO) structure and the Navy’s Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure.
+ Knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of this Task Order.
Security Clearance:
Must have an active SECRET clearance.
