Program Manager, Sr Advisory - Fiserv (Hawaii)
What does a great Senior Advisory Program Manager do?
You will have an opportunity to deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction parameters for client engagements. You will be responsible for oversight and management of the program and multiple tracks of work. You will have a chance to leverage various skill-sets, inclusive of program and project managers, ensuring a consistent usage of standard program and project management practices. You will provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans. Programs typically cross multiple business areas and third-party entities.
This Position is not eligible for Colorado.

As a Program Manager, Senior Advisory, you can look forward to:
+ Ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery
+ Providing a holistic view of the overall program and its respective projects to the organization and all stakeholders
+ Monitoring the integrity of the program and execute measures to maintain such integrity
+ Defining program governance outlining roles/ responsibilities, decision rights, and clearly defined escalation path
+ Ensuring success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected program outcomes
+ Keeping all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the program, aligned on expected outcomes and informed throughout the program
+ Serving as a liaison with client and 3rd parties, ensuring alignment and understanding of key dependencies
+ Proactively communicate the program’s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency
+ Providing leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions Increase transparency by institutionalizing appropriate “inspection” practices to continuously improve project and program delivery and ensure a uniform, enterprise delivery customer experience
Required qualifications for consideration:
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
+ Minimum 8 years of program management
+ Experience working in an external client facing role
+ Experience in project and program management processes and methodologies
+ Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes/ teams within and external to the organization
+ Ability to travel 20-25% (Post Pandemic)
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
+ Consulting experience strongly preferred
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired
+ Experience with Project Management tools
