Founded in 1921, Straub Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. Comprehensive Urgent Care at this clinic provides diagnosis and treatment of non-life threatening illness and injury for adults, adolescents, children, and infants. This Kahala Clinic features team-based primary care to consistently manage the overall health care needs for patients. Specialty Care is provided at the clinic by rotating Hawai‘i Pacific Health Specialists or in coordination with over 1,800 system Physicians and all services of Kapi‘olani, Pali Momi, and Straub Medical Centers. On-site, walk-in, laboratory and X-ray imaging bring diagnostic services to the local community supported by the most advanced electronic medical record system. The clinic’s team leverages the MyChart patient portal which engages patients to connect with their doctor and care team to manage their health, optimize their appointments, and help family members track their health.

If you are compassionate and empathetic, you could be our next Behaviorist to provide invaluable integrated behavioral health services to patients currently receiving primary care. You would be the main interface for patients to access services such as peer/family counseling and support, screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services, education and engagement, linkages, outreach and advocacy. We are looking for someone sensitive and perceptive, with a strong sense of community care and social service, who shares our passion for health care in the community.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Master’s Degree in Social Work. Current Hawai‘i Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) card. Professional knowledge of loss, illness, and disability issues.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Two (2) years of experience in a LCSW role.
