Responsibilities
The Senior Program Delivery Professional - Risk Adjustment Strategic Partnerships - Vendor Partners acts as a liaison with Humana associates and strategic partners. The role will support users working on medical record retrieval and coding in both internal and vendor platforms. The Senior Program Delivery Professional works both simple research tasks and assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Supporting the needs of the end users in vendor systems including basic computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
+ Generating moderately complex ad-hoc and regular reports for end users in SQL and Excel
+ Coordinating with market leaders and market users to plan, manage, and monitor enhancements to vendor systems
+ Cultivating, fostering, and maintaining relationships with vendors outside of Humana
+ Helping create and influence both short-term and long-term business strategies with vendors
+ Monitoring system performance based around SLAs
+ Communicating and collaborating with multiple groups for different projects related to Risk Adjustment and other parallel areas
+ Managing multiple smaller projects at one time based on work stream needs
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of data analyses and reporting experience
+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards
+ Average SQL skills
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
+ Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and extensive attention to detail and accuracy
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI
+ 3+ years Medicare Risk Adjustment experience
