Summary:

The product management leadership team is responsible for hiring Product Managers across all of Facebooks’s Family of Apps (FB App, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), Central Product and AR/VR. This is a distributed team of Recruiters and Sourcers who hire for all US tech sites.Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Recruiting Manager responsible for the Product Management recruiting function, you will develop, drive and execute on the staffing strategies. You will lead a distributed team of staffing professionals which span across multiple locations. Qualified individuals will have proven experience managing large teams, as well as influencing large recruiting organizations through global strategies and scaling challenges. This person will be a pipeline POC expected to work closely with our global recruiting leaders (recruiting & product management) to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.

Required Skills:

1. Directly manage the product management recruiting team (Recruiters & Sourcers)

2. Main owner of key relationships within the product management organization to plan, shift, and keep pace with business hiring needs for IC level hiring

3. Own and maintain reporting for the PM recruiting function, partner with the PM leadership recruiting manager to give full visibility to key stakeholders of progress, wins, blockers

4. Harmonizing processes within the recruiting team – establishing consistent communication, hand offs and experience

5. Lead all hiring and strategy for pillar recruiting including but not limited to: operations, process improvements, partnerships with cross functional teams, partnerships with the business, etc.

6. Build out a diversity & events strategy

7. Scale and evolve the team to meet business demand

8. Optimize interviewing operations, calibration, and quality. This includes growing interviewer capacity, improving the interview process, scaling the training for interviewing, adapting to pillars, etc.

9. Own the vision and alignment of the team

10. Cross team communication and transparency of hiring priorities across recruiting organization to enable candidate and prospect sharing

11. Continue to grow a seasoned team of recruiters and sourcers through coaching and career development conversations

Minimum Qualifications:

12. 10+ years of recruiting experience

13. 6+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers

14. Experience partnering with team and clients, including senior management

15. Experience using talent marketing insights and data to influence decisions within groups and cross-functional teams

16. Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners

17. Evidence of partnerships across a variety of functions to build on as well as create candidate experiences
