About the Position: This position is located in the Regional Health Command Pacific (RHCP), Honolulu, HI or Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
RHCP and Tripler Army Medical Center are a tobacco-free workplace. Tobacco products include, but are not limited to, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery devices.
Salary includes 19.56% locality pay. In addition, currently authorized 10.28% cost-of-living-allowance, which is subject to change without notice.
You will serve as the Readiness Operations Specialist for the Regional Health Command-Pacific (RHC-P) Special Staff.
Serves as the Deputy of Reserve Affairs to manage daily operations and provide guidance to the RHC-P Staff and Commanding General for Reserve Component regional requirements.
Attends conferences and meeting to synchronize critical elements of medical operations, training, including Army Reserve specific training and validation of timelines for pre-deployment and deployment support.
Responsible for forecasting, planning, and directing overall operations, annual training in the region.
Presents recommendations to be used as a basis for determining support requirements.
Provides staff synchronization to the process to ensure augmentation requirements are provided.
You will review, plan, coordinate, Synchronize and execute RHC-P Readiness Division support plan.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
