Program Analyst - Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (Hawaii)

The Undersea Technology Analysis Group (UTAG) within SPA supports the Navy and other government organizations with relevant expertise, timely and objective capability assessments, technology evaluations, and strategic planning that integrate the technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business aspects of undersea warfare (USW) and broader Navy issues
SPA has an near term need for a Program Analyst.
The candidate will support a fleet submarine staff focused on submarine maintenance and material and act as a junior program analyst. Candidate will help provide data analysis and report development support.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or related engineering discipline)
+ Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
+ This experience shall include two years of experience importing and manipulating data and developing summary reports in Microsoft Excel, or similar spreadsheet application
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Active Secret Security DoD clearance
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with technical, operations research, or financial analysis related to U.S. Navy Programs
