Job Summary:
Winston Retail is expanding our team and seeking talented Visual Merchandisers to execute merchandising initiatives within multiple retail spaces. Product categories may range from apparel, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, local crafts and souvenirs.
As a Retail Merchandiser you will visit multiple retail stores within one location to maximize visual presentation by stocking, resizing and rotating product. Talent will work in a team setting with shifts lasting 4-8 hours. Visit support may occur weekdays or weekends flexibility is required.
You will be required to provide photos and reports for each visit which are submitted via Winston s proprietary mobile app.

Experience Requirements:
2+ years of experience within a department, specialty or retail store
Previous work as a stock or sales associate with an apparel, accessory or footwear company
Previous experience with retail/visual directive, POG
Ability to work in a team environment
Mannequin experience is a plus
Required Skills & Tools:
Smartphone device for reporting purposes - Android OS 8.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work and troubleshoot independently
Strong & effective communication skills
Conscientious when adhering to deadlines regarding calendar confirmation, service report submissions, invoicing, etc.
Intermediate to advance computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email and digital photography)
Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (before and after photos to showcasing completed work)
Must know how to download and install an app on your smart phone
Must have the ability to upload a report, which includes multiple photos, to our reporting site via the app
