HPM Building SupplyinHilo, Hawaiiis seeking to hire aMarketingManager.When you've been around since 1921, it takes the right Marketing Manager to bring fun and excitement to our company and help us continue to grow and prosper. The Marketing Manager works with teams across the company to help them present themselves in a way that wins over new customers and sales. This includes helping to identify unmet market needs and create new, compelling programs to meet those needs. Part of this job is also managing our print and online advertising as well as assisting in broadcasting advertising and helping with owner-employee and customer events. As the Marketing Manager, you must lead the Marketing department by example of living with heart, character and fostering a culture of growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Highly creative with ability to think outside the box.
+ 4 to 6 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
+ Supervisory/management experience preferred.
+ Requires some evening and weekend work and overnight travel (within Hawaii) for promotions and events.
