The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategies and integrated plans for assigned brand/clients. This person will work independently and in teams, in the planning, development, implementation, & evaluation of effective marketing programs & campaigns.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement marketing initiatives and sales campaigns for Toyota (distribution and retail), Chevrolet, Servco Auto Buying Center, and Pre-Owned Group
+ Serve as the primary marketing point of contact and strategic partner for assigned distribution and dealership groups (noted above)
+ Lead a team responsible for vehicle launches and monthly sales campaigns which involves generating offers/incentives, reviewing and delivering creative assets to media vendors, reviewing website updates, building email campaigns, etc. for assigned brands
+ Oversee timely evaluation of marketing campaigns and provide new solutions or recommendations for improvements, as necessary
+ Collaborate with other marketing areas and digital strategy team in planning and implementing cohesive marketing campaigns/initiatives
+ Administer monthly billing and budgets as well as quarterly and annual budgetary planning and projections
+ Manage, coach, and develop direct reports; responsible for direct reports’ work performance
+ Perform all other applicable duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
+ Five years of marketing or advertising experience, which includes planning and executing programs and campaigns in multiple platforms
+ Familiarity with automotive marketing is a plus
+ Managerial experience preferred
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
+ Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics preferred
+ Knowledge of various digital marketing channels including managing email campaigns
+ Excellent verbal/written communication and able to persuade others & "sell" ideas
+ Represents their clients/brands/marketing department effectively & employ negotiation skills that build consensus
+ Able to anticipate & meet customer/market needs & trends
+ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills & able to suggest alternative approaches to unfamiliar situations or concepts
+ Ability to grasp new/unfamiliar concepts quickly or handle large amounts of information effectively
+ Knows when to take decisive action & when to give a situation or problem further consideration
+ Takes initiative & assumes personal accountability
+ Establishes work goals & creates plans for achieving them
