Our Physician Billing department works with physicians, hospital administration and patients to provide billing and collection services with quality customer throughout Hawai‘i Pacific Health. Our staff takes care to enter complete, timely and accurate physician billing data into the Accounts Receivable System and process accurate refunds to patients and third party payors. We value these relationships and promote collaboration between clients, providers and administrators to ensure that services are properly provided and paid for.

If you are highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you can help to maintain accurate and organized physician billing processes to uphold Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s fiscal and operational excellence. As the Physician Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Physician Revenue Cycle Management/Billing, Charge Entry, Ancillary, Charge Correction, Insurance Follow-up, Credit Balance and Payment Posting Departments. You will also develop and implement procedures; monitor and track electronic and paper claim submissions; monitor edits, review claims specs, monitor provider pin numbers, track claims pending adjudication, respond to insurance inquires and denials and monitor credits. We are looking for someone with superior management, analysis and planning skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Management and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years of progressive experience in a fast-paced corporate environment to include successful leadership, management, and/or supervisory experience along with excellent customer service skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Previous supervisory experience of staff within a service industry focused on excellence. Previous experience as a successful coach or mentor.
