Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of Warehouse Supervisor on a Government contract with a place of performance in Djbouti, Africa
Position Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:
+ Oversees the storage and distribution operations. Directs employees engaged in receiving, storing, issue, shipment and distribution of a variety of bin and bulk materials, equipment, and commodities using automated and manual material moving equipment, devices, and systems.
+ Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections on weekly or monthly bases. Establishes deadlines, priorities, and work sequences IAW general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager and/or Alternate Site Manager. Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations.
+ Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work. Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and conditions of the contract.
