Quality Professional, Inside Sales
Iron Mountain’s Inside Sales team is looking for a Quality Professional to join our team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to drive results and growth, while upgrading process and technology capabilities and adoption for the team. The Quality Professional is responsible for supporting this growth by upgrading and developing sellers to expand their product and sales process knowledge.
The Quality Professional will closely collaborate with the Sales managers in driving a consistent strategy across the teams. The Quality Professional relies on influence, adaptability and ingenuity over authority.
Responsibilities:
The Quality Professional will be responsible for providing coaching, feedback, and professional development, to all new and existing Inside Sales employees. This position assists in the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.
+ Provide call coaching, actionable feedback, and development suggestions to Inside Sales employees
+ Develop, enhance and Maintain role plays, scripts, and recommended training paths for new and existing Inside Sales employees
+ Develop, coordinate and deliver skill refresher training on a regular basis as determined by departmental requirements.
+ Identify and create enhancements to Inside Sales procedures with an emphasis on Sell All and strategic selling
+ Participate in the Quality Phone Monitoring process to identify areas of development for existing Inside Sales team members.
+ Support the execution of training programs through call monitoring and feedback to enhance the skills of existing Inside Sales team members.
+ Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of new employees by assisting with assessing candidate qualifications and the interview process including conducting interviews and hiring decision-making.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
+ Inside Sales experience with an understanding of adult learning processes
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Strong skills in computer software packages including GSuite applications and Avaya.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of proper procedures and work methods of the Customer Response team
+ Ability to interact with a variety of people inside and outside the organization
+ Ability to coach and mentor staff
+ Ability to work the shifts provided based on business needs
+ Post-secondary education or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant business training & development experience a plus
+ Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong a plus
+ Excellent organization, interpersonal and coaching skills
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
