Description

Drives execution and manages highly complex and strategic projects with major business impacts in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Leads project team(s) in planning, delivery, and transition using the Standard Project Lifecycle. . Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced project managers. Adept in risk management. Recognizes and recommends alternative solutions. Establishes and maintains a trusted advisor relationship. Presents effectively to all levels of management. Works under general direction of a Senior-Level Manager. This person will need to manage multiple projects at a time

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory- Experience with leading and influencing teams - Independently manages highly complex project(s). Highly complex = large in size (10-15 core team members), high risk and has major LOB impact

Ideal Candidate- Knowledge of tech in a financial institution is preferred
