You’ll assist a team of project managers, scientists, and engineers in delivering environmental services on time and within budget for world class projects. You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive group of professional staff as you plan and execute field activities including soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and remediation system maintenance; prepare scopes of work for subcontracts, conduct data analysis on field and laboratory data sets, and create technical reports documenting completed activities and results.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

+ In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or closely related field

+ Must be at least a rising Junior

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

+ Willingness to perform field work

Ideally, you’ll also have:

+ 3.0 GPA

+ A previous internship related to your field of study

+ Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

+ Self-driven time management and organizational skills

+ 40-hour Hazardous waste and emergency operations (HAZWOPER) training and current 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher class, if needed
