Customer Service Representative - Aerotek (Hawaii)

Description:

Customer Care Representative is responsible for all residential, small business, commercial outbound and inbound phone calls consisting of account updates and history inquires while focusing on first contact resolution and customer retention to provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction.

Provides answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services that may help generate sales leads while providing information about product or services.

Focus on customer retention/relationship building by listening and respond to customer’s needs and concerns and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem to reconsider cancellation.

Reviews customer profile and identifies customer needs, informs and recommends appropriate services; Resigns / Relocates / Upgrade / New Service

Follow up to ensure resolution

Must demonstrate good telephone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volume relative to inbound and outbound calls.

Requires analyzing of customer’s accounts and effective communication skills to provide needed information to customer

Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
