Custodian/Center Support Specialist - Management & Training Corporation (Hawaii)
POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Supervisor, Facility Maintenance, this position is responsible for custodial duties including the planning of general cleaning of the building and grounds, in compliance with government and management directives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Assist in instructing center support in the maintenance of floors and offices throughout the facility• Keep restrooms clean and sanitary• Wash windows and woodwork; dispose of trash, litter and other debris; sweep and clean exterior steps, entrances, landings and sidewalks• Maintain center appearance and preserve all improved grounds by cleaning, weeding, moving, trimming, sprinkling, fertilizing, reseeding or planting.
