AP Clerk - Aerotek (Hawaii)
Description:
• Processing Accounts Payable (Payment through corporate database, Updating and maintaining payment logs and digital and paper documentation)
• Administrative Assistant Tasks (Answering phone, checking VM, checking email)
• Public Relations (Working with PR firm on projects ranging from social media to meetings with community members)
• Compiling weekly update reports
• Creating procedures where/when needed
• Assisting the team when other projects come up
