This position sells vacation ownership at our Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Centers located on the island of Oahu. Sales Center Locations include: Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Must be able to attend a 4-6 week training program in either Oahu, California or Florida.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Provide daily presentations through face-to-face and telephone sales presentations to Guests and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members in a consistent and organized manner, utilizing the counselor sales approach

+ Deliver the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) message concisely and consistently

+ Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge on Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line to determine if a Guest (Prospect) is a good fit for Membership…and guiding those Prospective Members towards purchasing a Membership with Disney Vacation Club

+ Demonstrate high capacity for Member Service and Satisfaction via daily Member Presentations that are face-to-face or over the phone to discover if growing the Membership is a good fit at this time

+ Make any necessary provisions : to meet or exceed Disney Service expectations for follow-up associated completing the purchase process

**Basic Qualifications :**

+ Valid, active and in good standing Hawaii real estate license

+ Bilingual in both English and Japanese--with the ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in both languages

+ Proven success working in a commission-based-sales environment

+ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed minimum performance standards

+ Demonstrated ability to be flexible working in a structured single or multi-site environment, on the telephone, and with unique sales/marketing channels.

+ Demonstrated history of experience in a professional sales environment

+ Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as travel for occasional training.

+ Demonstrated strong organizational skills, basic computer skills, including effectively handling multiple tasks and priorities

+ Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proven ability to conduct 1:1 presentations or presentations in front of small groups

+ Demonstrated ability to identify short and long-term goals and develop daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly game plans for success in meeting those goals

+ Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships with Members

**Preferred Qualifications :**

+ Minimum two years direct timeshare sales experience

+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs

**Required Education :**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Education :**

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher
