What will I be doing?
**Job Description**
As aVacation Introductory Program (VIP) Executive (Japanese Speaking) with Hilton Grand Vacations, you will survey guests about their thoughts and opinions with regard to our product and presentations. Also, you will educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program to guests.
**What will I be doing?**
As aVIP Executive(Japanese Speaking) you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Follow through on all VIP programs by phone to reduce the cancellation rate
+ Stamp all planners when you turn the tables
+ Sell VIP packages at the required production of 13.5%
+ Complete the Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
+ Conduct required VIP presentation to every guest that is turned to you
+ Identify and resolve quality assurance issues
