Patient Services Rep – Call Center - Kalihi Palama Health Center - Honolulu, HI
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
Post Secondary education preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required.
Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of MS office including Excel and Word.
Ability to answer and transfer multi line telephone system.
Knowledge of Practice Management software (Centricity, Dentrix, etc.) or Electronic Medical Records preferred.
Knowledge in medical terminology required.
Familiarity with computer software and medical terminology.
Familiarity with the community health center setting and community resources.
