Job Summary
This Job includes the following operations and developments:
-1500 cow milking herd and 1300 head heifer operation.
-200 acre silage corn operation
-Milk Processing Plant Fluid, Juice, Cheese, Butter, etc.
-Continue to develop 1500 acre pasture program
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee all Farm, Dairy and Milk Plant Operations
Ensure SOPs are being followed correctly
Develop new pasture program
Oversee growth of markets for dairy products
Hands on will be required for this position
Qualifications and Skills
Dairy Farm Experience is a must
Management Experience is a must
Some farm experience preferred
Milk Plant experience would be helpful
