CNA - Resident Care Specialist - Unknown (Hawaii)

Our Fort Shafter-based assisted living community is hiring 3-4 Resident Care Specialists (CNA-Certified Nurse Aide) as soon as possible to fill 3 part-time and 1 full-time day-shift position. Our CNA Resident Care Specialists play an important role in providing quality care. These are hands-on positions, working directly with our team and residents. Interviewing daily.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, bathing and grooming, feeding, and mobility) Recording vital signs Accurately documenting care procedures Providing non-resident services such as, but not limited to, washing wheelchairs and cleaning resident / patient areas in compliance with infection control procedures. Making routine rounds according to the care plan Promptly communicating any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor Completing required forms and documents Contributing to creating a warm & welcoming environment for our residents Participating in ongoing training to learn how to best care for the needs of our communityBenefits and Compensation:
