InCadence Strategic Solutions is currently seeking a Planning Exercise Lead for a Task Order providing program and project management; engineering and technical support, systems integration, and mission planning subject matter expertise required by the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) G6 Command and Control Information Network (C&IN) Section in support of the Theater Army Service Component Command (ASCC) mission command functions. Must hold an ACTIVE SECRET clearance. Primary Responsibilities Provides project supervision and management for major program activities. Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance. Manages large projects involving multifunctional tasking and substantial complexity. Plans and supervises major system life cycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition. Required Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Must have at least 8 years’ experience within the past 11 years planning and engineering diverse voice and data communication systems into interoperable tactical or strategic networks supporting international exercises, contingencies and operational plans. At least two of these years must have been as a senior exercise lead. Must have experience by providing C4 planning support and assessing theater Army, higher, lower, supported, and supporting OPORDs and FRAGOs for command, control, communications, computers, and information impacts; develop, publish, and distribute the signal annex of theater army OPLANs and CONPLANs Must hold an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance.
